REVEREND DR. GÁBOR LASSU WILL BE INSTALLED AS VCC PASTOR

The Board of The Vienna Community Church is pleased to announce that the Reverend Dr. Gábor Lassu will be installed as its pastor in a Special Installation Service to be held on Sunday, 9 October 2016 at the Austrian Reformed Church, 1010, Dorotheergasse 16. Officiating at the Installation Ceremony will be Reverend Thomas Hennefeld, a member of the Consistory of the Protestant Church A.u.H.B.- LSI. He will be assisted by pastors from other Protestant churches: Reverend Johannes Wittich (Evangelische Kirche Wien Süd) and Reverend Harald Kluge (Reformierte Stadt Kirche) from the Austrian Reformed Church, Reverend Ines Knoll (Lutherische Stadtkirche) and Reverend Canon Patrick Curran (Anglican Church of Christ). Guest pastors include the Rev. Aileen Hackl (retired Anglican Church of Christ), Rev. Elisabeth Kluge, and Dr. Jerry Barton (United Methodist Church). A reception will be held at the VCC Meeting Point following the service.
